New FactsOfIsrael.com navigation menu
A couple of days ago I released a new navigation menu as seen on the left and below:
I basically divided the site into 5 main sections: 1) Main: Includes a link to the home page, an introduction, a recommend FactsOfIsrael.com page, a contact us page and an internal search engine. While using the new navigation menu, when you open one sub-menu it closes all other sub-menus. This allows me to place additional links in the navigation bar. The menu is based on DHTML and CSS (style sheets) making it available on Mozilla1+, Netscape6+, MSIE 5+ both for Mac and Windows. It also degrades to non-dhtml browsers - it rocks! I found this great collapsible menu on the "DHTML Kitchen" - if you'd like to implement it yourself, check it out at: Let me know what you think of the new menus by leaving a comment on this thread, or just send me an email at dmelle@factsofisrael.com Comments
