Spielberg Jewish film archive is now online
I just learned that the Spielberg Jewish film archive is now online: The Steven Spielberg Jewish Film Archive of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem inaugurated its Virtual Cinema Project where people can watch selected films via the Internet. One hundred and twelve films have already been posted on the archive's Internet site, and over the next four years, approximately 100 additional films will be added annually until over 500 films will be viewable online. I just watched a movie that brought tears to my eyes that shows footage of Israeli soldiers entering the old city of Jerusalem and celebrating at the Western Wall (Kotel Maaravi). Check out the Spielberg film archive, you'll like it. Comments
